• The booking only becomes valid upon receipt of a written booking confirmation from you and a subsequent written counter-confirmation from us. We refer to our cancellation conditions (see below).
• Arrival by arrangement from 2.00 pm at any time.
  On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the flat by 11.00 am.
• There is no daily room service in the holiday flat.
  The final cleaning is carried out by us and is included in the price. However, we ask you to treat the furnishings and objects with care. If damage occurs, you will be held liable.
• Smoking guests are requested to smoke in front of the house or on the balconies and to always use the ashtrays.
• Dogs on request, contribution towards expenses 12,- € per day/dog (bring your own basket or dog blanket).
  As we have 3 dogs and cats ourselves, we ask you to bring friendly, clean dogs.
• Payment of 20% is to be made by bank transfer or PayPal no later than four weeks before the start of the holiday. If no deposit is received, the booking will be cancelled. 80% of the total amount must be paid on arrival in cash, by bank transfer or PayPal.

Cancellation conditions:
Cancellations are only valid in writing. There are no cancellation costs up to 4 weeks before the start of the holiday.
In the event of cancellation or shortening from 4 weeks before the start of the holiday, we will of course try to rent the flat to someone else. If this is not successful, we reserve the right to charge 80% of the price.

To avoid this unpleasant situation for both parties, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Place of fulfilment and jurisdiction is that of the landlord: Wolfratshausen Local Court.
